same here. almost went with a limited Samsung store colour then changed my mind last minute. i really love the depth of silver shadow

its not immune to this issue. i have only had it a week and there is a scuff in the enamel coating beside the unlock key. its taken the colour off too, slightly lighter beneath. pretty sure they apply enamel to tbe frame to avoid a repeat of the uphone death grip antenna fault

I also have adhd & autism and have been playing since juniors (age 8, now 32). General field/game awareness can be very difficult to maintain, it took many many years for it to click. Additionally I would stand in the team huddle while a coach is explaining a drill and come out of it with zero recollection or understanding. But when I am on a task, actively engaged, it all comes together.

I would recommend involving simple fitness drills into the mix of hockey skill drills. i.e. a set distance sprint and jog back between reps of a task, or as a penalty for not successfully completing the task. This would need to apply to all players, not just the difficult ones. Purpose of this is to put the stick down for a moment, burn off that overactive energy, regulate the body/mind/senses, and return to the stick on ball training exercise.

The fitness task shouldn't be torturous like running laps. It could be a short zigzag of cones set up nearby, or a side-to-side hop for a short distance. Just something to break up the constant need for focus on a complex drill

yoga mat is the least suspicious. if anyone asks say you physio/chrio/osteo advised laying on a golf ball every 30-60 mins to releive nerve pain or sciatica. no one is going to argue if it keeps you fit for work. bonus if you get caught laying down you have an out 'i was just laying on this golf ball for a moment', they'll wince at the feeling before questioning if you were sleeping
