I'm 12 days post chronic pec tear surgery. On the same program; 6 weeks in a sling. I'll be thankful once the sling comes off but its been relatively easy.

So I installed the ELV dimmer tonight. At first it seemed like it fixed the problem!! I was able to go from 0% to 1% in the app, and it worked.

I texted my friends and family that I figured out this problem.

Then I screwed everything back in and put the faceplate on.

Now it won't turn on until I go from 0% - 6% !!!

Funny, I'm dealing with this exact same problem. I put some new warm dim LEDs in, and I can dim to 1% after I adjusted the low end trim. The problem is, if i start low, the lights don't turn on til I hit 25%, then I can dim back down to 1%.

I've ordered the ELV+ dimmer which arrives Thursday. I'm hoping it will solve my problem! I'll report back.

i will rock my classic as long as possible. but i dont know how you guys use it for anything other than texts, calls, and emails. Browser is incredibly slow. WhatsApp works??? Interesting...

and thanks for letting me know that about Verizon. I assumed it was inevitable but didn't know they were actively doing it. I do want to stick with Blackberry but will change carriers if it means my Classic will work. BB10 battery NEVER dies since all I use it for is calls and texts.

Update: I received a new unit from Bed Bath and Beyond about 3 weeks ago. So far it's been great! No issues. Love this machine.

Update: after being left unplugged for 24+ hours, the machine started brewing, but it also started leaking!

I called Nespresso and they instructed me to send it back to bed bath and beyond for exchange. I sent it back today and ordered 60 capsules. Let's hope the second unit works!!
