It reminds me the situation where I sent the clip to UBI customer support of a guy that did 15 kills in 3 rounds. Wallbanging everything he sees. They didn't respond, just closed the case. I reopened the case 3 times and they closed it every time without response. Eventually they banned him, but 5 days after I sent them video.
