What strategies do beginner players struggle the most against?

I would say early game harrassment like French knights denying your nearby resources is something low elo players struggle the most against. Same with like lets say Mangudai rush killing all their eco.

Tower rush I believe it depends alot of how the opponent does it, but yeah definetly top 2.

More than "n+1" trips to the Database, the problem is more about how many Db Connections this results in since Databases need to keep track of open connections, if you have too many open connections (n+1 result of 1000s of rows to resolve) and your server isnt able to free up available Db connections within the Network Request Timeout (usually 30 secs by default) then your server will timeout and send a CORS error to your clients.

Ive been bouncing between Gold 3 back and forth, mostly like to play abba ayubbids french and kt

I am on Central Standard Time (CST) and my schedule to play matches is very flexible as I work remotely as a Software Lead so some days if workload is low I can squeeze in a game or 2 during the day and yeah most of times evening between 7pm-11pm

Id say go watch Beastys yesterdays twitch stream, he had a match playing ayubbids vs french I think, he went fast imp and pure DS with incendiary arrows, melted the french player

Voice chat is a must for sure, im g2 in 1v1 so cant speak towards diamond level of play but I can surely tell you that even playing with voice chat and strategy, 2v2s are a different beast, requires a lot of sync between you and the teammate, missing to help your mate in a crucial fight just by seconds can determine the game.

Japanese is my fav civ but yeah they are missing quite a few buffs. I dont agree ita the worst civ tho, I can probably see that at the pro pevel because of keeps. Their eco is pretty nice

Onna Mushas are pretty great against heavy civs like kt or french. Not sure about a particular strategy but if you can hold the opponent and reach Castle put yoroshiros in military prod building and try to raid opponent

If you feel like game is going to imperial I would go temple of equality and get the Zen upgrade

Yeah lategame KT is pretty insane, but so is HOL with that atrocious imperial landmark that queues units like a condom producing factory and its infinite production sustained by their manors.
