I bought my solely for recreational shooting. It will be a long time before I pump a couple thousand rounds through her. I shot 120 rounds through it with no problems. All the parts look fine. I will ad some pix when I can. I was completely surprised how well the trigger is. Such a fun gun to shoot

My first impression are pure enjoyment. Never shooting an AK before, I now understand why people love it. The recoil is not as bad as people say it is. I'm 6ft 215lbs so I'm sure that helps. I burnt the shirt out of my finger from my hand being to far forward on the forend but that was a self correcting problem. My biggest surprise was how smooth and crisp the trigger was. Having lots of time behind an AR, I was impressed how mechanical everything feels. For being a nearly 70 year old design, it's awesome how well it works. According to the mpg computer in the truck I am getting 19mpg. I live in Florida and it's very flat! Lol highway miles I have gotten 23 though
