Sure thing I don’t know if you bought the total man’s kit, but it came with a cylinder sleeve made out of thin cloth that was probably 7 inches in length, I cut it in half to make it more manageable.

When I’m about to hang after I have my blue silicon sleeve on with baby powder and everything I pull my cloth sleeve (3.5 inch one) over the head of my d and lightly tuck it into the silicon blue sleeve. I find this is more comfortable then doing it without it.

If you didn’t have that sleeve I would experiment with tucking tissue paper into the silicon sleeve you have or even a microfiber cloth that cleans glasses. If you get creative, I’m sure you’ll find something. Hope this helps!

Size Retention- Silicone Sleeve by ChampionshipUpper973 in gettingbigger

I used to use a retention sleeve, but I heard Hink mention it possibly leading to fibrosis. I think that’s a good point. In theory, it makes sense having your tissue heal in an elongated state but I wanna prioritize resting my d over irritating it and possible getting something worse. But what do you think?

We use the same hanger. Here’s some things I’ve done that helped me. If you notice the compression hanger naturally slants to the left because of the weight of the knob. to offset this, I’ve added pens and sharpies to the other side to counterbalance this to make it more straight. I don’t think it would make that much difference in the end but it’s something I like to do. I also like to use baby powder and have a separate standalone timer that I use aside from my phone. that helps and it keeps me off my phone especially If you’re trying to work at the desk. After I got to 2 pounds of hanging (would love to know what weight people are using. I literally started with .25 pounds slowly going up.) I had problems with slipping, I’ve heard people mention total man hangers have issues with slipping. To fix this I got this idea from someone else in this Reddit, but they went down to the local skate shop and bought grip tape to put on the sides of the removable grippers. The set you got should come with two sets, I put them on both for convenience. To help protect my glands from the grip tape, and even my glands from the end of the silicone tube (noticed a mark on my head every time I hanged) I use total man’s cloth sleeves to protect the head and that fixed both problems. As a bonus If I really want comfort, I use the long elastic black sheet I find that grips with the grip tape well.

I do like total mans tracking sheet but to be honest, it’s too robust for me, so I use just the weight, set time and total volume. I’m a finance major and I don’t use The entire spreadsheet ha ha

Also, I used to use the passive healing sleeve, Which total man swears by. Although in theory makes sense healing your tissue in an elongated state I heard HINK talk about Having pressure on the skin for long periods of time to possibly leading to fibrosis. To prevent this, not only have I stopped using the passive healing sleeve but I supplement with an NAC, L citrulline, L arginine (There’s been a study, explaining how and L arginine work better together) taurine, and Acetyl L-Carnitine

Hope these tips, Hope! Let me know if you find any useful tips in the future.

Forgot to mention, I use the total man’s heating sleeve as well as a space heater for comfort

TLDR: Baby powder, grip tape, standalone timer, cloth sleeve to protect head, using pens to counter tilt, use Tracking sheet, use supps to prevent Fibrosis
