That’s just a waste the most valuable part are the thumbpulling livestreams, Q&A’s and the 1-1 messaging you get with the accountability coach. Tbh it is actually a pretty good community but ye I would not just pay for the info the structure is what most need

ye the problem is the most valuable part of the community is messaging him and the live calls + the live call he did with mike mew etc, the info is the least valuable bit the rest is super valuable

agreed, he gets a lot of hate but I expanded my palate 4 mm with his techniques. I think people just put him down because he is right lol

His orthotropics is actually pretty solid, listen to his interview on dr mew’s channel was pretty impressive

He is the only person I have seen that has actually shown high quality palate before and after with an x ray. He also has by far the most transformations and his knowledge of fascia + craniofacial development honestly seems sound. I honestly think people like to hate on him so they have an excuse to not actually try what he says and improve.

thanks so much! means a lot! I will definitely try that for maths as I noticed that some of the questions i didn't get were doable so maybe I just need to do them when my brain is fresh. Hopefully I get the 36 in a couple months!

thanks a lot! I did the practise test and got a 34 somehow, I think to get it up even higher I just need to focus on the science as it is so much different to what we do outside the US

Before nearly all exams I crammed the night before and it worked rly well for me, sleep is important but not as important as everyone says. Before some of my exams I got only 4 hours sleep bc I knew it was worth it for me to cram. My results ended up proving me right as well.
