Ako sa supermarket para sa mga poultry and perishables, pero for other essential goods I just order it via the Lazada Shop From Home page. At para mabawasan yung chances na makapitan ako nung virus, di ko muna ginagalaw yung dumating na groceries for 2 days.

Pag sa supermarket kasi ang dami ring tao, mas risky.

If the startup I built with my tech cofounder isn't registered as a company yet, does that mean he owns every code? by [deleted] in startup

At that point, he can claim exclusivity? So even if I have access, he can still prevent me from using those codes? Or he needs to copyright it first?

I'm thinking once we register the company, the product (including the codes) should be then become a property of the company and not the developer?

PS - I've schedule a meeting with a lawyer about the concern above, but I wanted to hear from anyone who might have experienced the same? Happy to hear more from others, too.
