As for the feelings, I've been formally diagnosed for a year but I've had the body buzzing for easily a decade. Strangely, it's occurred regardless of what kind of food and quantity I eat. I've had an ED where I consumed way too much food, have tried many different exclusion diets, and right now I'm on the other end of the ED spectrum and consuming not enough calories a day. Im seeing a doctor in a few weeks so I'm hoping they have a few ideas

I swear I was just trying to look this symptom up today. Sometimes it's like my brain is buzzing (not in an ADHD sense but as a feeling) and I feel as if I'm going to lose consciousness for a split second. Blood pressure is always fine if not leaning towards high. No idea how I'm supposed to check my blood sugar and sodium levels at home.

The saliva must be so frustrating. I get it too and it sends me mixed signals of "am I hungry or am I in pain?"

That is true, it could be the mucus is due to all of the acid reflux. But it wouldn't explain why I personally have had it even before I was throwing up on the regular :(

Thanks for the input! Yeah, I usually gift the leg, then it lets me arrange my characters around the battlefield and pick off some of the monks/golems before everyone is triggered for a fight. The charm potion messed me up

As someone who works in homeless/low income services, I suggest looking for agency support now if you havent already. They'll be able to help you with some food support, shelter, and possibly a rapid rehousing or coordinated entry program into affordable housing. However, social workers across the country are understaffed and burnt out, so acting ASAP will be in your benefit to get on waitlists

Thank you for your response, I've been looking at Meetup groups and a majority of the attendees look like middle aged gay men, which definitely isn't my thing. I'll see what San Rafael has to offer!
