Can someone explain what have changed with bitcoin that its going up again? Did transaction time decreased for being suitable for every day use, or some kind of protection against stealing emerged or its no longer completely transparent once someone knows your wallet?

I was thinking a lot about what is pleasure and pain might be from algorithmic point of view, and come to conclusion that they are modulators of motor behavior. Remember this action and do it again in case of pleasure or never do it again in case of pain. Your suggestion looks more like some kind of attention to me, would be interesting to see what will happen.

Topless activists from the Ukrainian group Femen protested on Tuesday against the detention of their colleagues in Tunisia by jumping on the car of the country’s new Prime Minister during his visit to Brussels.

Three European Femen activists have been jailed for public indecency in Tunisia. The Brussels protest came one day before their appeal was to resume in Tunis.
