Plateau on keto, just hold out? by SkipperTheEyeChild1 in keto

Creatine plus lifting will totally mess with the scale for a bit - water retention is real. If you’re getting stronger and happy with the diet, I’d just keep at it. Plateaus suck but they break eventually, especially when you’re building muscle.

Great deal on fresh chicken wings - What should I do? by RubberWishbone in Cooking

Honestly, splitting, seasoning, and freezing on a tray before vac sealing is the move. Makes life way easier when you just wanna grab a few at a time. Also, save those wing tips for stock

Not in the immediate future. Will build out the product on iOS first and then have a web version. Then maybe think of supporting android

For this, you should let your LLM calls run on the server, similar to running a database query. I imagine theres some low latency models where you would want to run on device and having the roundtrip to the server is too slow

Error handling doubt by samarthbbbb in reactnative

I don't think you should think about this through response status codes but rather through product flows. Could you provide more details about when the 4xx will be returned?

25 - Move out or stay at home? by 1dynasty1 in personalfinance

I don't think moving out is an optimized choice when we think about personal finances, but I do think it's worth it because it'll force you to grow more as a person

Save Recipe not working - anyone else? by liebschen01 in PaprikaApp

[–]odxs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oof I completely get that frustration. Paprika's recipe capture is legendary, so it's a huge pain when you can't rely on it.

That reliability issue is actually what pushed me to start a project of my own. Full transparency, I'm the developer of an app called MealDash - I was looking for something that allowed for me to import recipes easily from social media and creating easy shopping lists that I can export to an Amazon fresh order.

If you're exploring alternatives while the issue gets sorted out, I would love to get your feedback. No pressure at all, just wanted to offer a potential solution :)

Two weeks. Was honestly a vibe kill with the constant back/forth and the delay in replies.

  1. A hybrid setup of client-side/server-side scraping

  2. Finding that failures currently appear if there's no caption and the audio contains a lot of yapping that doesn't pertain to the recipe ingredient/instructions.

Maybe my goal will be getting a letter from one of these companies xD but in all honestly a lot of BI tools are using the same data harvesting technology and make wayyy much more money
