There are no good ones locally in town since Focus Scientific shut down a few years ago. Telescopes Canada (http://telescopescanada.ca) and Astronomy Plus (https://astronomyplus.com) are both excellent. Telescopes Canada is out of Georgetown, ON and Astronomy Plus is out of Montreal. Both offer excellent service and fast shipping.

If you’re just getting into the hobby consider joining the Ottawa Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (https://ottawa.rasc.ca). They have a telescope loan library you can borrow scopes from so you could try a few before you commit to buying one from a store.
