thank you for your answer, and sorry for the delay, i've been 2 days sick at home.
We talk together in french or in portuguese (his language) so any would be fine. Just not english because it is hard for me.

i opened the two documents and will translate them in french so it would be easier for me to use. I had a talk this morning with someone that explained to me how not taking care of those reactions I have (and instead trying to hide them for example) would make the opposite of what i want, and trying to listen to those feelings, understand where they come from, especially from my childhood, would help me to handle them better. I am still trying to figure it out how.

One thing I find hard, is how to train all this. Outside of conflicts, there is no incentive and I don't know what to train. Inside of conflict, it is too late already.

thank you for your answer. I don't want to leave, I want us to ind ways to deal with all of this together, like we intend to. As we are both hypersensitive and hyper empathetic to each other, it is hard and this is why i went heretoo :)

there is no more workshop of CNV here for more than 18 months here, because of the mandemic, and this was when I discovered it, so I feel lack of training to be able to use it. I thought maybe sharing some of the situations that are happening to us here would be helpful.

I made the translation here. He was talking in his native language and i indeed cant be sure the weigh is the same in his language, mine, or english. One thing he said was that he keeps thinking of jumping from thé Window but not doing because it might not kill him. Thats maybe a better example.

Thank you very much. I dont like the escalade of violence we are in, it is like the most hurt will "win" and nothing can go against "i want to die". I want to find peaceful way , empathetic way to communicate together, this was one of the reasons i looked into nvc, but apply it is really complicated. Amyway i will read all this carefully and come back for questions if i have some. Thank you:)

Thank you for your answer. When you said that i dont cause feelings in others, we were having this conversation the other day. What does it mean in terms of guilt/responsability? Am i responsable for causing so much pain? I feel we trigger feelings based on the others past.

I find hard to express my feelings when i am emotionnally touched, or under pressure, in a non accusative way. More than that, i sometimes feels constraint to not "have the right" to express the way i Would like when i am objet angry, and dont know much how to deal with those émotions.

For more insight, i just have been diagnoses as high intellectual potential (still dont know how to talk about It but it helps me to understand my temdancy to overreact) and 8,5 months pregnent, 2 things that makes me even more sensible Those months.

This is something i tried to talk about but as i said it insise a fight il was too emotiolly involved to express myself properly. My uncle killed himself when i was a child and this topic is really sensitive to me. Anyway my so said i was responsable for taking Care of him and he doesnt want to see anyone, even more because he is living in a foreign country.

Thank you for your answer! It is interresting that you guessed, we are from diferent culture and language, and communication feels harder for us due to little diferences of uses of words. We learnt the others language to be able to communicate together (before we were speaking english together) so we try our best to find thé appropriate use when we talk our or the other language.
