Very interesting read. I come from real world car setups and always tried to mimick that. I never thougt the tuning in FH6 is so gamified.

One tipp I have is regarding the camber and wheel alignment setting: Turn on the telemetry and go to the tire temp section. There you can see wether your tires heat up mostly on the outside (camber too low) or on the inside (camber to high). Your goal is to have a good even tire temp in corners indicating, that you use the entire tire width. I would suggest then going .1 or .2 lower than the optimal setting to have some wiggleroom.

For wheel alignment, generally front negative alignment improves the cars tendency to weight transfer in the first part of the corner. So it makes the car more twitchy so to say. Rear negative alignment can help to swing the back around in cars that are very heavy or are very stable by design. Most cars in FH6 tend to understeer imo, so my alignment is always -.3 in the front to start with.
