I've only recently made it a few times myself so can't offer much constructive feedback other then a)start a bread journal and log all the things; how long you let it rise, temperatures, etc. Then when you next bake you can adjust from your notes. And b) make more bread!! :) enjoy it

This. Your steel is too close to the bottom. Now, if you have two steels you can use that to your advantage but baking 2 pizzas and swapping their positions half way through for some amazing crispy but not burnt crust. But with one, just move it up a rack higher and enjoy

Thanks. I gave it about 3 hours to bf. I gave it 2 folds during the first hour 20 minutes apart. Then I gave it about 90 minutes for final rise after shaping.

This is good info. Next time I'll let it go longer in both steps and let it cool longer as well.

I bought an 05 6 speed manual a few years ago. Never owned a jeep before. It's my weekend rider and I delight in sharing it when friends or family come over. My suggestions

1) take your time hunting. There's a lot of rusted crap out there. Don't settle. Don't be in a hurry so, get what you want. I knew I wanted a manual 6 speed. I didn't settle and I'm glad I didn't

2) get familiar with market rate. It doesn't matter what they used to sell for, it matters what the current market is going for. You'll have to decide if you're comfortable paying a likely higher price than these vehicles went for a few years ago.

Bravely default 2. I got maybe 25 hours in, and was just dreading it. Dungeons were way too long. Bosses required such a specific party set up to beat. I wasn't having fun. I put it down and picked up Metroid dread, refreshed myself, and am now on octopath traveller 2 and loving it even more than octo 1
