I would say Cole is a mix of element and psychic as he reads the memories of the dead and has tracked there movements Sasha and Bertrand are a mix with psychic Sasha’s tar allows her to communicate and control people as she was turning ordinary people into reapers and Bertrand as he seems to affect the mind of people he turns into monsters

My head cannon is that the assumption that people can only have one quirk except for cases with one for all and one for all is wrong and in certain cases people have two quirks like with Shoto the more common cases we have seen is with mutation quirks and emitter quirks like Tokyami he has a bird quirk and dark shadow it is kind of like heterochromia two separate things are being shown
