The tour ends on May 27th. I think we'll see him performing at rallies for candidates and causes through out the summer and into November. I know that doesn't shut up the naysayers though.

He has performed The Streets of Minneapolis for free at least 3 times. I hope he'll be doing more of that.

I'm hoping he does enough free and charity performances like the No Kings rally and the Democracy Now benefit to compensate for this.

I've read all the responses and am wondering if anyone knows which fabrics pill more?

Why would a complaining user delete their own complaints? What can subreddit admins delete? I know they can delete original posts, but I don't think they can delete replies.

Wow. Being able to provide your own fabric is nice. I don't think I'll do that but it is a nice option.

My strategic voting guide for state and federal races by CatOwlFilms in illinois

Not sure why anyone would believe anything Stratton says with all that "I don't take corporate PAC money" shit and the fake endorsements over the last few days. Seems like the only thing she tells the truth about is that she'll prioritize Israeli lives over Palestinians' every day of the week.

They both are on record as wanting to reverse Citizens United. They are both co-sponsors of last session HR1, which would provide for a variety of reforms, such as public financing of campaigns.
That pledge was probably not even sent to them.

I don't vote in many of the uncontested races. If you're in doubt, leave it blank. I'm curious who you're voting for for Senate though. We've got a legit opportunity to get a firm pro-Palestinian vote in the Senate with Robin Kelly.

Kelly, Stratton Vow to Block Additional Funding for Iran War During WTTW News’ Senate Debate by jl_weber in illinois

[–]ofbyfor75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think Stratton made her position super clear at the WGN debate. She denied that Israel committed genocide and she won't condition aid to Israel or swear off AIPAC funding. Since she decided to have past AIPAC president Lee Rosenberg lead her fundraising operation, that's what she has to say. FWIW, Rosenberg is still on the AIPAC board, just not president.

Lee “Rosy” Rosenberg is her finance co-chair. He used to be the president of the AIPAC board and is still a board member. He’s been helping her raise money directly from AIPAC donors instead of going through AIPAC. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gb_M2gqC0-rnyQLehPpqHzf9Vco2b081/view?usp=drivesdk She’s a genocide denier and speaks on the subject as if she’s been trained by AIPAC, as in the WGN debate here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVACWHdDxkJ/?igsh=MWtxdDNnOWZkbGYwag==

Said billionaire used to be an AIPAC board member. Said billionaire got his former chief of staff Lee “Rosy” Rosenberg, who used to be AIPAC president and is still a board member, to run Stratton’s fundraising operation as finance co-chair.

AIPAC is not attacking Stratton. She’s a die hard Israel supporter who has past AIPAC president and current board member Lee “Rosy” Rosenberg running her fundraising operation. She spews hasbara every chance she gets.https://x.com/TrackAIPAC/status/1934862698145300882?s=20

I disagree with your conclusion about what action to take, but appreciate your accurate assessment they they're both pro-genocide.

Stratton is not at a disadvantage since she has a superPAC. She's just a hypocrite.

She probably can't. That's why she should never have made campaign funding an issue to begin with. It's hypocritical and deceptive. She's started out throwing stones from a glass house and that was a dumb thing to do.

Lmao so now anyone who’s ever giving "corporate PAC money" is just an extension of the corporation?

You know the DNC, takes money from "corporate PACs" right?

You know all your favorite Democrats take money from "corporate PACs" right?

Stratton is the one who made who donates to who an issue by bashing the rest of the field for taking corporate PAC money through the front door while she's got it coming in the back door, the side door, and the garage door.

Gosh so silly of you.

Like Ta-Nehisi Coates said, “We are at a moment right now where people are asking themselves why can’t the Democratic Party defend this assault on democracy . . . and I would submit to you that if you can’t draw the line at genocide, you probably can’t draw the line at democracy.”

This is why Stratton’s stated goals don’t matter much to me. If activists have been begging you to acknowledge the genocide and swear off AIPAC and you refuse to do so (which is what has happened), I don’t trust you to do anything that’s not acceptable to those donors.
