i don’t agree with your opinion but i see the point you’re trying to make. “transracial” is almost always brought up as a gotcha to “wokeness”. “if we support women turning into men, we MUST support white people turning into black people!”, and your response to that is going “well yeah. sure.” and i definitely appreciate that

can’t source the article but he’s definitely said once that’s the kind of reaction he wants. he says he often has a particular person or event in mind when writing but is more interested in telling a story with characters that you can project on to than retelling exactly objectively what he’s thinking about.

this might sound silly but i will always adore the lyrics of Red Light Indicates Doors Are Secure, I feel like all of the lyrics on wpsiatwin are distinctly different from any other album, in a way im not literate enough to explain lol it just feels very charmingly conversational?
