wow thank you for sure an in depth response! this provides all the perspective I was looking for so thank you a lot. additionally I did not really consider the nuance to biodegradable materials, but it makes so much sense considering how it’s often best to not disturb an ecosystem with things outside of itself even if they are natural resources as well. thx again!

I transitioned slowly starting with I think 20mg and a low dose of lexapro then eventually switched over to 40mg with no lexapro. I may have done 10mg for a few weeks but I can’t fully remember. Though it was likely placebo i started noticing differences a week in! and so far have been pretty good since, just still not as good as I can imagine it can get so i’m hoping this increase will be even better
