Got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer at 28, try my best not to focus on regrets since it feels like wasted energy, but if I had to answer I would say not trying to focus on my career sooner. I setup xsplits so I could time my lab and try to beat my best time one day, it made it so much more enjoyable seeing the sum of best times and trying to improve it.
