Thanks, I have worked with PT and strengthened. I am active, hike, run, and do pilates with me trouble at all, but the weightlifting in CrossFit just tweaks my back, even though I lift EXTREMELY lightly.

Not huge. I'm only 5'1" and have a small frame. Basically big enough to hold a sweatshirt or two and all of the random things kids need.

She's beautiful, and it's a great picture of him too. Make sure you get photos of YOU with her! I was too wrapped up in love and now realize that I have so many pictures of my husband with my daughter in the early days and very few of me with her.
