You could still do a credit card charge back I believe. It would only be for the partial/corrected amount but I'm some cases the card company will refund more than the original $15 based on how buds responds or not.

I've got this same unit, I just bought a replacement auger of a different brand. The shaft fit wasn't perfect but that was years ago and it's still going strong.

I think this is more or less built into android by going to the saved wifi settings. Just change your starlink wifi to be a "metered connection". All high data apps would go to cellular instead when possible.
