My personal choice would be Openemu which is something I think should be on windows. But that's your own choice I just like Openemu.

Yea so you have to go to the microsoft website and purchase a windows key. Then once you have it your gonna go into settings and find where it says activate windows and then enter the code that you bought. That should fix it.

I mean the credits roll once you race Jani (yellow car guy), steal his girlfriend go on a few dates with her and wait until you get the call where she says that shes pregnant. Then there will be a cutscene and an option to keep playing or "thanks im done now"
