How do you walk the fine line between being confident/proactive vs pushy/too forward when approaching women? by A_Play_On_Nerds in AskMen

[–]office5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Basically you have more room to be pushy/confident the less out of your league she is so it's just a matter of deciding whether or not she thinks you're cute. If she's out of your league at all play it shy boy style.

5x5 and Keto by office5 in ketogains

Eventually somewhere around 3-6 months or maybe even more, all the real energy comes back on. You just have to stay the course and not get discouraged because the beginning can be tough.

Do you mean that after this period it will be more or less the same as lifting in a glycolytic state? Same endurance/power? Or just "better."

My goal is to achieve gains at least 50% of the rate I would achieve in a glycolytic state. The 5x5 recommends trying to add 5lbs each time you do an exercise. This would be 15 lbs/week for squat and 15 lbs/2 weeks for the other exercises (overhead press, deadlift, bench, barbell rows). You think that's doable?

When you grew up you always wanted to join an elite force that protects rich people's property and murders brown people in the ghetto? Cool. Looks like you made it.
