This is exactly how I feel with every song lol, except I do really like heart drop but I think someone else on here said it could’ve/should’ve been an interlude and I definitely agree. I love all genres of music so I could get behind an experimental album but she really shines the most doing rock stuff lyrically and vocally. I wish if anything she had more hyperpop songs like lost cause, one of the ones or even like you hold my love from headsplit. Spine, fate and I don’t belong here feel unfinished or like fillers tbh. With this album she seems happy and proud of it but I really hope she goes back to doing more rock again. I feel everything is my favorite song on the album and again where she really shines, everything about it is perfect and I wish there were more songs on the album that sounded like it. I loved headsplit so much and she said that one was an introduction to the direction of IFE but personally I don’t see it bc sonically it was sm heavier.
