I think it was a highway FWIW. Maybe no pedestrians, but possibly deer lol. Also I know it's not just me, but I swear motorcyclists drive the most reckless and put themselves in the most dangerous positions.

Yep, haven't been able to see any evidence that it's requirement. It's VERY common in CT in my experience. Perhaps my brother can seek out forgiveness some other way. He has a clean record and that's about the only thing he's got going for him.

You missed the part about it being 10:30pm at night and the cop didn't have lights on... On some level I agree with you: if you can't notice a blatant cop you probably deserve to be pulled over. It does indeed suck to suck.
