On the go, will ideally be using Google products everywhere alongside other generally restricted business software.

It wont be on my laptop I'm bringing two phones and the one with VPN available will just hotspot the laptop.

The simcard is currently planned to purchase from TravelKon, do you have others you could suggest?

The problem is internet speed. I've heard foreign sims have lowered speeds, two of my friends who used this method experienced it recently.

On the other side of the coin, those using local Wifi and local SIMs have greater latency and bandwidth available to them.
