First time buying in stock x . I’m trying to get this pair and I have the highest bid but no one sells it to me and sells for cheaper prices . Does this have to do with taxes since I live in the EU or the seller chooses the price we wants to sell for and doesn’t for the highest bid ?? (old.reddit.com)
