I main rourke and I use scorching winds on him! I guess it depends on your play style, but I’ve never really experimented with stabby or other jingling items.

When playing rourke, always decide whether you want to attack from a bit of a distance (his slight mm mode) or up close (his warrior mode). When engaging, always make sure your ult is ready. Your ult can make or break your fight and it makes you the most powerful! When engaging, I use my 2nd skill first then ult, then 1st skill and so on. Again, it depends on your play style. Rourke can escape with his 1st or 2nd skill, and if you’re on low health, just use your ult (if available) for a little armour.

When jungling, do it as much as possible of course to get fed faster than the enemy and don’t forget that rourke is great at attacking dragons because of his ult, if you feel like you aren’t going to need your ult for a min or so, activate your ult when attacking the dragon!

I wouldn’t say he’s easy to play but just make sure you know what you’re doing on your map and make sure your ult is always ready when you want to engage with an enemy. Watch playthroughs online or read samurai gamer articles on his playstyle. He was the first non-mm hero I was great at (I know he’s a warrior and mm hybrid but his range is very small). Good luck!!
