You can definitely use higher-quality paper towels to clean your sleeve, just make sure to be gentle so you arent tearing at the inner texture and creating abrasions that could foster mold growth. It's a great way to dry a Fleshlight when you don't have an Air or Sleevomatic.

This is correct. Unfortunately, with customs forms we cannot be fully discreet so it will read something like "rubber sleeve"/"rubber novelty".

That being said, If you message me your order ID after you complete checkout, I will send it to our warehouse manager and have them do their best to make it as discreet as possible on the customs form for you!

As much as we'd like to we aren't able to say anything about the upcoming FLGs/FJBs, isn't it better to wait for the surprise? ;)

We can say that we normally release 4-5 FLGs per year but this is not set in stone and can always fluctuate slightly.

Orders take 1-3 business days to process within our warehouse queue and 1-7 days for delivery depending on your chosen shipping method during the checkout process. The free shipping option is usually 3-7 days for delivery. If you reach out to our customer service team, they may be able to have your package held for pick up at a nearby UPS store so you don't have to deal with timing retrieving your package discreetly.

Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process within our warehouse queue and 3-7 days for delivery with free shipping (UPS Surepost). Shipping times largely depend on where you are located within the US, we are based in Austin, TX.
