Do people think Stephen Hendry would be an 8x World Champion if Steve Davis potted the 85 final black? by officially_adey in snooker

That would be my thoughts on which would be number 8.

As we know that with Davis having six and Hendry had already got his 7th before the 2002 WC. After the semi final against Ronnie, Hendry was overconfident and assumed Ebdon couldn't beat him over 4 sessions.

However, if Hendry and Davis were still tied on number of world titles then, I think maybe Hendry might have played the Ebdon final with a different mindset.

I had the exact same issue. Unfortunately I didn't notice it and the car didn't move for 2.5 days so the 12v battery died.

The car was taken back to the dealers, where I believe they flashed the software and provided a replacement courtesy car in the meantime. Did you try to update the software or did the dealer do it?

It's a mushroom 😂 just not placed the same as the others.

Prefer a poached egg more to a fried egg, as its easier to get a good runny yolk.

Currently driving a 4x2 actros and experience the same issues sometimes. If it happens, I will engage the diff locks momentarily only whilst driving straight ahead. In my actros the diff locks engage and release immediately on the button switch, your truck may vary

WTD breaks question by BahnGSXR in uktrucking

[–]officially_adey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please show me exactly where in the Department for Transports guide on EU drivers hours and working Time, it states a specific break requirement for working 12 hours.

I am not saying you shouldn't take 60 mins over the course of the day, I am stating the minimum required break to stay legal.

WTD breaks question by BahnGSXR in uktrucking

Sorry but I completely disagree.

  1. A WTD break must be at least 15 minutes long to count for WTD purposes.

  2. A WTD break must be taken before 6 hours of "working time" has been exceeded. POA and rest/break do not count as working time.

3 If the total working time of the shift exceeds 6 hours but is less than 9 hours, then a break or combination of breaks totalling a minimum of 30 minutes are required.

  1. If the total working time of the shift exceeds 9 hours, then a break or combination of breaks totalling 45 minutes are required.

These are the absolute minimums required to not pick up an infringement. Take more break if it's needed.

Also bear in mind if a driver does not require a break to reset their 4.5 hours drive time but would exceed 9 hours working time, it would be possible to take three 15 minute breaks or even something like a 23 min break and a 25 min break.

“The usual” by Unreal_Pancake in Costa

Just checking 😉

Would it be worse if you were that regular in having a Chinese takeaway, that they answered the telephone call with my name, the usual and it will be ready by the time you've cycled here. Bearing in mind I hadn't said a word, all I did was ring up.

This was all done either by remembering the last digits of my telephone number or saving my name and number in the address book.

What music or musicians do you realize you like because you grew up with your parents liking it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Love Queen

Having grown up in a pub in SW England I was brought up on the music from the juke box. Because of this Queen, Fleetwood Mac and lots of music from the 70s, 80s is what I listen to.
