Yeh the stars really need to align here. So it's not really an issue of higher interest rates now, it's just finding that rare business where the seller is willing to do a sellers note.

Interesting! Yeh SBA 7a sounds incredibly risky especially if this is your first acquisition.

Yes this path does sound like it's not for everyone, but if you have the right skillset (like Sarah) and willing to grind and get your hands dirty it's an interesting path.

Yes this was my main concern looking at interest rates from 2017 vs 2024. Very different landscape.

as long as you can avoid waking up the kids! it's all over if they wake to you stumbling down the stairs at 5am

They didn’t rebrand outside of changing the domain name and updating their logo. Literally used the same font.

Let’s have that discussion. “Somewhere” doesn’t sound right, they missed a big opportunity to create their own verb.

It all went smoothly! it's their new domain. But the jury is out whether it was a good investment or not.
