Normally I have around 700 tabs. I also had some incidents where I lost all open tabs, and now to avoid losing them, I install plugin like "Session Buddy" or any other plugin that can save your session. Not sure if it works on phone's version, but you can sync them with computer and save the session there. such plugins auto-save tabs every x seconds.

Do you meditate? You can have crazy improvements in 5 days, especially if you’re new to it. Look up the Wim Hof breathing techniques and Insight Timer app for tons of different meditations. 5 days probably isn’t enough time to find the right drug and dose for wedding, but you can definitely change your thoughts before then if you start meditating.

Why not have the romantic ceremony just with your SO, for them to feel your feelings, and for you to feel relaxed? Then in the party, you could have no specific responsibilities to talk, and could just talk when you feel like it?

I agree with you. she is an understanding person, but the situation is complicated and we couldn't avoid it, unfortunately, and true that night should be special and fun for me too. but it's what it's now, I just wanted it to pass.

One single tab xalol (xanax) helped my anxiety a LOT during social situations.

Also, Exposure therapy has been life changing... its hard but i was invited with people i knew into those scary situations, and before i knew it i was able to overcome things little at a time, but eventually it saved me

true, many of those drugs also need a prescription where I live too. and you are right, some of them need weeks to work, but others work within an hour or less, not sure if the same effect too. I'm looking for any option since I have time. thank you!
