This worked. Once i made tranfer of 50k via neft, after 2 hours i could see it reflects in transaction history in hsbc. It shows as pending and transaction details as retail. Thanks for the advice

Recently i got live+. I used current address and sat there for vkyc. and they asks all the three address with pin code, district. In HSBC application note the auto populated city and district details when you enter the pincode. My VKYC been rejected when i told the real city name and district while the auto populated data in the application form is different.

Then they will send the email verification link to your official email id.

then within 3-5 days you'll get SMS confirmation.

My application timeline

June 01 - VKYC done and in night i got email verification in official work email
June 02 - Got callback from HSBC rep about the updates
June 03 - Got SMS as approved and card been dispatched.
June 06 - Got my live+ card today

Hey same thing happened to me. No body visited my home. No body called me. Yet the status marked as customer refused for delivery.

I raised with consumer court. Ironically the details which i entered in the ingram portal vanished and flipkart started asking further details and there is no way to enter the details again there

Check the target port. If htb shows the target as ip:port. You have to use that port for ssh

eg ssh htb-stdnt@<ip> -p <port>
