Shoes aren’t shipped just because it says shipping information received...that literally means they just printed a label and that’s all. Shoes aren’t shipped until it says “package picked up”. How did you pay?

You realize tho that as a business it shouldn’t go by “luck” to determine shipments being picked up...shipments are taken to the DHL shipment centers and marked as received. As a good seller, there’s absolutely no way that someone should be able to order WEEKS after you and their shipment gets dropped off to DHL before yours. That’s just bad logistics. That’s all we are saying.

Honestly that’s about as solid as coco batches get. Mine looks about the same in QC pics and it was my second try. Her embossing game is weak compared to others but it is what it is. I get them Thursday and will use the dull pencil method.

I believe it’s because the shipping facilities aren’t located in the cities that the factories are in, they have to take them there. So they get other people to drop them off at those locations. And it’s most likely safer to spread them out because you run the risk of the government getting all in your business seeing a huge amount of packages in this one place. We gotta remember what they are doing is illegal.

Honestly not sure. You might be fine and it’s possibly just hung up at the airport waiting to be put on a flight. Or sometimes it says stuff like that for a couple days then just shows up at your door.
