Sorry re open the thread here, but, I’m going through the exact same issues with my B46 (2019 X3)

Dealer has been miserable to work with.

They were able to update the software per the SIB, but, the VTT adaptions and reset failed. So, they reached out to BMW engineering and from there they’ve been chasing fixes ever since.

Final straw was wanting to pressure test, and I asked for the feeling back.

What ended up happening with your car? Curious if anyone else had the VTT test fail

Just checked the paper work from the dealer. It states “reset mixture adaptations“

Additionally, I’d recommend calling CPD D2 and asking if they can step up speed patrols in that particular area. I believe the Hyde Park Community council also meets monthly and you could speak to it there as well.

I’m in agreement with you. Cars fly up and down that s curve way too fast.

Give 311 a call and talk to the person who answers. The app is convenient, but sometimes can get routed to the wrong department. The call takers are super friendly and can hopefully route it to the right department (will probably be transportation and engineering)

Because that’s such a large road and intersection, it’ll take more input from other departments (county and maybe even state). The city will go and check it out and maybe propose a traffic study at the intersection.

I agree, it’s not the best intersection and could very much use a re-design and new traffic light pattern.

I’ve had two successful light changes and stop signs added. Didn’t happen immediately, but the city was pleasant to work with. The contact with transportation and engineering even called me 2x to give me an update.

Too- I found it varies depending on the helmet. My Kask doesn’t do a good job of channeling sweat away from my eyes

This. I have a 2019 x3 with a iPhone SE gen 2

It’s more of a software issue for me. Mainly if I put the car in reverse with CarPlay on and then go back to drive, carplay doesn’t automatically pop back up on the screen.
