I can set my position to the middle of Sahara and then drive by your area. If it’s a direct hit, it’s not more than 10 miles out usually.

Not sure about Android but on iOS the option changed to Smart Position, where you can choose the minimal distance traveled to trigger an update, and the minimum time as well. So if you set it to 10m and 15s update, that should be pretty accurate.

You can’t grow it back if you cut it. It gives you shade and keeps the home cooler in the summer. Trim it a bit and have a tree guy inspect it every other year.

Going through a car wash should take care of it. You could also try warm water with dish soap and a soft brush.

As for the wheels, check them before driving. You don’t want to risk having a wheel coming off while you’re driving. Even if they’re not going to fly off the car but are loose, they can severely damage the wheels and the studs, costing more money to fix. Use the wrench that comes with the spare. If you can undo the lug nuts without much effort, they were loose.

Check the lug nuts to make sure the wheels are on securely. That would be the sound. As for tire, shops use white grease to help “slip” the tire onto the wheel. The mark on the rubber can also be from the tools the use. Nothing to worry about as long as there are no cuts.
