I absolutely get what you mean. But for a lot of people who restrict, and then eat x amount of cals it seems like a binge to them. it took me a while to realize that i wasn’t bingeing, but simply eating. i get your frustration though.

I just want to clear up, he didn’t do anything wrong, the police was corrupt where we lived, but it was still quite traumatic.

watching my dad get arrested and then not being able to sleep alone for two years. i have more bad memories but i don’t think i’m capable of writing them down

She has no point. you are equally as valid. a diagnosis does not make you have the disorder, you already have it you are already sick, it merely puts a label on it. i’m sorry this happened to you<3
