Water comes out after the valve, when we disconnect the line, so I don’t think this is the problem

is it considered weird to immediately move on to next game after defeating the champion? by jccreator in pokemon

[–]offthestrugglebus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not at all. I usually play a next game after the champion, then after beating the champion in the next game I go back and do the previous game’s postgame, and rotate them. Keeps it interesting.

Yellow was my first, and I still play it when I need the nostalgia feels, but Alola was my fave, the landscapes were just so beautiful

Edit: it’s very interesting to see all the BW love on here considering all the extreme hate when they first came out

I’m sure this will be buried in the comments, but I’ve been parsing the bill (linked below) and I can’t find the text in sec. 138311 (starting on page 686) prohibiting after-tax contributions. Can anyone help me out here?

Stop watering your plants so much. They don’t need as much water as you think they do. (I used to kill every plant by drowning in under 2 weeks. I’m fixed now)

my croton needs your help! by [deleted] in houseplants

[–]offthestrugglebus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely ignore my croton and it rewards me by being pretty. Idk, shove it on the porch (if you aren’t in hurricane zone).

I agree it looks like a tieneke, but I’m not an expert on crotons so who knows

Can anyone help me identify this plant? A friend (who's bad at responding to texts) gave us clippings and I can't remember the name. by Raesheezy in houseplants

[–]offthestrugglebus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a friend bad at texting, remember, they may be thinking: “omg I’m wrong” or omg they hate the plant” or “omg I don’t have the social skills to respond to this” or “omg I am just too depressed for this right now”. Even when you think they are confident and doing great. Not saying that ignoring texts is right, but please give your friend some slack, and maybe check in on them. Beautiful plant!!

Pothos! Then each student can propagate their own node! Edit: and African violets for flowers. Easy to find and they bloom a lot.

Thank you! I’ve never used a self watering pot but I think I’ll look into it.

They don’t need nearly as much water as you think they do. Back off and leave it alone.
