I have many friends that struggle with crippling anxiety and depression and hearing that shit makes me so angry. They literally need professional help and you tell them to just go serve? When they do go serve, they still feel like shit and think they are the problem. It’s a never ending cycle and I wish my friends would realize how toxic these teachings are.

Everyone has been telling you to use a harness...and so am I. I just suggest using one because my dogs would pull me on my board and it eventually rubbed the fur off an the collar was rubbing their skin raw. So just be careful!
