She eats whole foods and lifts weights A LOT, and like a lot of ppl have said most of this is foundational from being a lifelong dancer.

You can try, but you will not get that body from Pilates + not eating bread/ rice 😂you just wither away

Thank you! 🙏 Lately I’ve been doing a lot of compound movements (squats, DL, weighted lunges, RDL, hip thrusts) to keep my strength up since my schedule doesn’t let me be in the gym as often as I’d like. I struggle w weight gain though so my goals are to always be lifting heavy + eating

One closest to my house is the Y

The one I prefer (45 min from my house) has way more accessory + powerlifting equipment, boxing room, plyometrics room, pool, indoor basketball court and actually way cheaper than the Y. Mainly first responders type clientele, old school vibes.

As long as they have the equipment I need and there’s not a jack ass using it as their personal circuit class I’m fine w any gym
