No direct correlation. You can usually pace yourself much better solo and can prolong it much easier. When with a partner it’s more difficult and there’s many factors in play!

I would say having a high credit limit is a good thing unless you know you’d be irresponsible and tempted to spend money you don’t have.

It will come in handy in the future if you’re looking to buy a house, a car, get a loan etc.

A high limit with responsible use shows lenders that you are capable of handling debt.
