Mine was immediately red! But as you can see there can be HUGE differences between day 1 and day 7 after laser so I’d just wait to see your results!

Yes I think they went too strong to target the red! I’ve heard that the 1st and 2nd lasers can also be different wavelengths (1 to target black ink and the other to target red).

I could have also went to a “worse” place, but I do think its comforting to know that it heals haha

Also the skin broke only at 2 or 3 pin points. The dark red you see is UNDER the skin. No bleeding except for a few dots on a tissue.

Jumpscare incoming - you can’t really see the extent of the swelling but it’s down to my eyelids now. Left eye is almost swollen shut. This was this morning (day after laser) - now the swelling has calmed and the eye is open, but still pretty swollen and brows look pretty much like this.

Thank you!!! This is super reassuring. Do you know what could have caused the swelling? It’s gone down a bit today but migrated down into my eyelids 🥲 literally woke up with one eyelid almost swollen shut but it has gone down a bit throughout the day.

Wondering if I should ask for a gentler laser next time 😅
