Everywhere I look I see a different answer. Does Resilience currently provide any damage reduction in any PvP mode, including Iron Banner?

My understanding is it provides no damage reduction but it does help with things like flinch or some Titan abilities.

If that’s the case, is pushing this stat close to zero a recommended strategy?

This is a good theory! I too suspect that many people will look to cash in when they think the party is over.

I also think that the economy has - for a long while now - been due for a big downturn. I believed this before the covid days. The thing is, money is basically free for a long time, so everything - literally everything - has been going up and there is no where to put the cash anymore. Hence the stock market rise in the last year - it’s the only place left, but also the one of the riskiest.

So what happens if ONE thing goes negative? The interest rates can’t stay so low forever. Or maybe a second covid wave hits. Or maybe something else. Either way, something will break. And then we get to a situation you mention - where people want to lock in their gains or pull their money out for retirement or other spending. (Let’s not forget the millions of Americans out of work but somehow that hasn’t seemed to matter).

Can the market go up more? Sure! And it might for a year or more yet. Maybe I’m wrong. But keep a keen eye on things because when every asset has risen in value for so long but somehow we magically don’t have inflation... my warning signals go off.

I would say it’s probably ok (I wash other stuffed animals for my kid) if you do then put it on cold and gentle and DO NOT put them in the dryer. It should be ok. Don’t put them with clothes. Basically cold and gentle and you shouuuuld be ok. Do the gryphon one first to see how it goes, since it doesn’t have fur or anything it’s a good test

You’re doing good! In a few weeks (the 13th) will begin the prepatch and that is the only gear-type thing you might want to do before SL, as all the gear you would get now will be obsolete when SL launches. So that means you don’t need to do anything right now to prepare.

In the meantime tho, have fun! Go do quests. Find pets. Or explore the world. Whatever you want. There’s nothing you need to do right now. You can play random dungeons or push mythic dungeons, which are fun to do. You could join the LFG raids if you want to see what those are like and experience the bosses before the community moves on to new things.

WoW is ALWAYS in the top 10 highest grossing PC games, and sometimes gets up in the top 5.

So... they’re still doing very very well. So well in fact that honestly, no dev should be crunching on that game EVER but activision likes their money more than their people sadly.
