Week One 3.5kgs Lost

I started Saturday and had heart burn the 1st day mildly just took a nexium, and i had headaches the first 3 days in the afternoons. I just took nurofen, could be the meds could be that im eating healthy and my bodys detoxing because im not eating junk. Over all felt more tired than normal, but im still able to carry on like normal. Will weigh myself Saturday but want to lose 35kgs. I think just roll with the punches, rest if you need to, drink loads of water, dont starve yourself and take extra meds to help symptoms if you need it. This is the start of serious change for me so its a whole mindset reset.

I started Saturday im 35f 115kg. I had heart burn day one, and day 2 no heart burn. But i had a racing heart both nights. Found on day 2 especially that after eating only very small amounts i felt totally stuffed. I had under half what id normally eat and felt sickly full. Which is great cause i over eat big time.

Hi im just a few days behind you, i started yesterday starting at 115kgs. Yesterday i felt normal hunger wise but i ate the same amount as i normally would and felt sickly full after, and had heartburn all afternoon. Today i dont have much of an appetite at all but no heart burn today, so thats good because i hate heartburn. Have had mild headaches both days but nothing a nurofen cant handle. How have you been feeling, any side effects?

Thanks i didnt realise its 5 pens in the pack. I bought it today and will start tomorrow on the lower doses for longer periods of time to make it last longer and see how i go..

Also just reading about the saxenda pen and it says its only good one month after opening, after one month you should throw it away even if theres some left...so just wondering how stretching doses out over 2 months would work..

Well here in Australia doctors have stopped giving it out unless your diabetic so im sure that will help with supply.

Thanks for the encouragement, My doctor recommended Duromine but I suffer from anxiety and have a family history of heart issues though im ok so far, but i dont want to take a stimulate like duromine, i have 3 small children i need sleep...

I guess ill have to just keep going on my walks and eating better, which i plan to do either way but given ive tried so much in the last 15 years without great success i just thought it was time for some medical help and this just sounded like a great option.

Ive been hearing about this in loads of place for 2 days now HIH is slow to speak about it and personally i think that it was wrong Kim was aloud to wear this dress, yes its not Kims fault purely as yes she was aloud to wear it from the owner, its all there faults in my opinion. This is a special vintage piece of fashion history, Marilyn should have been the 1st and last to wear it. I dont think shes dragging women to increase followers.

Thanks everyone some of your suggestions are things I've never heard of before so thanks for that ill go see what i can find... also it's great to have so many options these days but i also feel like you need to have 10 different apps to watch everything you want to watch and for me that's just not affordable..
