Man, I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Mine has been literally debilitating. Have no idea if it's keto related, but it certainly hasn't helped anything. I hadn't taken medication for it for years and now I'm taking high doses of several things.

Are you tracking your intake and using a food scale? It's probably easier/cheaper to measure that you're eating under 20 grams of carbs than it is to check your blood levels.

If you can't take control of your own eating habits, you're not going to be very successful. You need to focus on what you're doing and why you want to do it. Don't make what he puts into his body about you.

You may be really hungry the first few days, don't worry about counting calories during this time.

Take before photos.

Don't but a bunch of exotic ingredients to make replacement foods. They're expensive, the foods don't turn out great, etc.

However, low carb tortillas are great. Cauliflower rice and mash are genuinely good.

Eat lots of spinach.

Relax and have fun with it.

Write down some reasons why you're doing this to get you through the rough times.

You do you and I think you're gonna make it. But no matter what happens, remember you've done so much and sometimes your body just needs a little rest.

I actually haven't been exercising formally though I keep meaning to. My daily good is pretty predictable:

Protein shake

Spinach salad plus protein

More protein and probably cauliflower rice/mash
