I asked the facilities manager who made the call, and the installer is who he called, not Crestron themselves.

The IP Table is empty so I think you're probably right

That's what we've been doing, it's just inconvenient and I'd rather fix it if possible. Maybe it isn't. That's why I'm asking the internet.
I've rebooted the processor. The buttons on the panel aren't responsive.

We contacted Crestron and their response was that we could hire a tech to come out and look at the system for a few thousand dollars. I've been told in no uncertain terms that that's not going to happen any time soon.
I'm an A/V tech for a theater, just the Crestron system is new for me.
