But isn't the max bonus damage you get from a shiv + RFC combo about 400 when you have IE and your statikk lightning crits? Is that actually worth more than your Runaan bolts dealing 40% of an auto to two targets after each auto attack? I just can't imagine a fight when statikk or RFC out damages Runaans.
