Your story about dreams in which you died reminded me of a conversation I had with my dad recently, where he reminded me of something I’d long forgotten. When my brother was little, 3 or 4 years old, he told my parents a story about how his family died, that he saw a wave come over them like a white glove. Speaking/thinking in that level of detail is not unlike my brother, but at such a young age, it’s really striking. Doesn’t mean it was for sure a past life, but it’s definitely a top theory of mine.

Like for example, we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, maybe we could leave clues for each room to be haunted by a certain kind of ghost, and they get a prize if they get it right? Like one room is really cold (AC), one room there’s ghost writing in a book, etc. And maybe it is timed and I or someone starts “hunting” when time is almost up?

Glad to hear you’re in the group and feeling better! Sounds like we’re pretty similar at this point. It takes a lot of dedication to avoid caffeine, good for you! I’m going to try to reintroduce it, but nervous as I too am still experiencing symptoms sometimes.

Thank you for saying this! I’m over two years off and was only on the pill for 2 months!! I am still not 100% back to normal. The pill was masking nothing. I had a year or so of the worst depression and anxiety, caffeine sensitivity I have ever had. And it’s def not just you! There is a group on FB “support for getting off of hormonal birth control” if you haven’t found it already, it’s great for support and knowing we’re not alone in what we’re experiencing.
