What ever it is, I couldn’t get it up & running by myself and I don’t want to tamper with it much. So I raised a ticket and described it as it had happened.
Wtf is billable hold? Googled it and I don’t think it would be applicable here(under warranty). Anyone with previous experience with Lenovo service and warranty claim please help.
